Guide / Tutorial Voice Pack Setup?

is there any good tutorial / video on how to set up a elite dangerous voice pack step by step? i tried google and also youtube but i only find videos of people testing the voice packs ingame or talk about alot of random stuff but dont give any real advice how to set it up!

would be cool if someone had a step by step guide/tutorial for players like me who arent that big computer / tech nerds^^
