Just a heads up to anyone that wants to purchase a voice pack. I put in an order earlier today and have heard nothing back at all. So if your going to purchase something maybe wait a day or 2. Cheers

Yes I used Paypal.

Hmm, that's strange then I used paypal too and I got an email to my paypal email address, it was in the junk folder though have you checked there?

Might want to check your PayPal account.. if they issued an E-Cheque instead of a direct payment you may have to wait for it to clear..

Thanks however the payment did go straight through.

I finally got a hold of them this morning after trying their submission form on the website which is broken. I then sent 2 emails with a delivery receipt which worked however still no reply. And so this morning I had to yell (HELL0) at them on FB to get their attention. Then the abuse started. No attempt to reconcile, or admit that their site has problems. Just be aware that they are not pleasant if things go wrong.
