I've been messing around with my new chatpad today and was hoping to speak to someone for the first time but when i connect to another player i can't hear them and vice versa. The headphones crackle when i touch the jack so i assume it's working ok. Is there any settings i may have overlooked in the game or on the XB1?

The in game voice comms system is kinda carp... best using Xbox live party chat like the rest of us

When you go to system settings on the Xb1 a volume controll panel will appear on the left side, have you checked that ?

I've never succesfully used the in game voice comms. I always have to use the XB Live Party function.
