Hello everyone. Just got started playing Elite Dangerous and I have to say its great...in spite of my many many newbie mistakes haha...I apologize if this issue isn't really a new player thing.
I bought VoiceAttack through Steam. I can't figure out how to put a voice pack into it (the free K.I.C.S. pack from Ripley Galactic) as all the how-to videos I found all obtain VoiceAttack from outside of Steam (at the voiceattack site. ) They describe putting things in the VoiceAttack folder which I don't seem to have..just a VoiceAttack launch file. I'm hoping its just a matter of different steps to take and that I didn't blow twelve bucks for a program that just sites there staring blankly at me.
