Hi all,
I've gone and downloaded VoiceAttack and its working well for single press buttons but I'm struggling with complex system commands. I'd specifically like to target power distribution. I had 1,ee,ssssss and space as a command but nothing happens. Can anyone help me please?

Mine works as follows;

Shields - Press Left key for 0.1 seconds and release
Then I've selected This command repeats for 4 times.

That makes sure it goes to full shields

Repeat the same targeting the other arrow cursor keys for the other power functions.

That should do it.

(assumes you are using the full keyboard with default key bindings)

As Ian points out, if you're trying to macro multiple key presses for anything, you'll need a pause of 0.1 seconds between each keystroke.

As a word of warning - if you're suffering FPS issues it will affect VA commands as the game won't pick them up effectively.

Yes, essentially. If you experience a drop in fps (a known bug right now) and its in the 1-2fps range - then you will undoubtedly get input delay (via VA or Physical key-press/button press). Undeniably, the fps drop thing will be fixed of course :)

I don't have access to the Alpha but use VA in Mechwarrior and day to day use (just stupid, but kinda cool things, like opening programs, logging in to games for me, taking screenshots and starting/stopping vid recording things like that. And of course shutting the PC down and saying "Good night" to me etc)

Usually the thing that people don't do is include Pauses. For a lot of games you need to include pauses between key presses to allow for lag.

Once you get that done your golden for most things.
