Volunteers

Most zoo's including my local Detroit Zoo, offer volunteer ops. I think it would be neat if in Franchise mode, we can offer volunteer slots for keeper and caretakers. This would help on costs, however it you would not be able to train volunteers and they would not be able to transfer animals, or feed. Mostly just cleaning of enclosures.

Good idea! And/or internships for vets, keepers and mechanics - interns can only do some of the tasks and are paid one wage with no raises.

Yup! Would be great and would help with the parks running cost as well! Could have like people from “Charity” groups come in and help out around the park with certain tasks!
