vouchers problem

i pledged for A. duval, took my vulture and went to VAKA, to fight in crime sweeps. found only military strikes, so went there. there were TONS of ships, all lawless and no allias. so i killed one of them but didnt get any voucher.
any ideas? am i doing something wrong? re-loged few times with no resaults.

As of last night there was a bug where no Crime Sweeps were showing up in Vaka. The Military Strikes are in support of Patreus. I was confused too, but then I looked at "factions" on the right panel and noticed that Patreus was the only available option in those spots.
