Does anyone know if once discovered they then appear in your nav panel anywhere in system like sites such as Davs Hope?
Or do you always need to do the needle in a haystack?

TBH, I'm not sure if the markers are stored or not but, TBH, it doesn't really matter.

Trouble is, you need to be within 1,000Ls of a POI before the waypoint appears on your nav' panel and, basically, if you can get to within 1,000Ls of the Voyager probes, you've already found 'em.

They are not stored, need to be within 1000ls each time.

I have found voyager 1 twice within the last 3 months using the video in this thread.

It is pretty easy with the vid but it is also easy to get confused about which stars need to line up...

FD need to provide a mission or something that lets you find them more easily. They are great content but needle in a haystack doesn't even come close lol.

Ah yes, V'Ger. It's okay Spock will save us.

Right thought, wrong probes. The V'Ger in ST:TMP was Voyager 6, and the actual "saving" that was done took place at the hands of Cmdr. Decker (son of Commodore Decker that died at the hands of the Doomsday Weapon).
