VR 2D screen

I'm quite pleased with the 2d screen for Odyssey in my oculus...except its too far away and I cant read things on the board wotsits. Is there any way of making yourself closer to the cinema screen thingy? Or can there be adjustments? Its still the case that Odyssey ought to be VR...I may get the Vorpex out again and try that.

im running it on a quest 2 through virtual desktop, and I tried this for fun, it was terrible but interesting: in the graphics setting for elite change it to side by side 3D then in virtual desktop goto desktop viewing mode (not vr streaming (double click left menu button on motion controller)) then click outside the desktop window and change that to half SBS mode. It gives your bigger and 3D view while walking. It sucks because it’s crazy grainy, but it’s cool.
