As you know AMD released a driver in January which were supposed to fix the lowering of the framerate in supercruise. This worked fine for me playing on my monitor but when playing with my DK2 and later the Rift I still got a framerate drop over time to framerates below the 30 fps. This is now fixed for me and I get 90 FPS all the time on the vr high preset. So if you experienced the same it may be worth to check if it is fixed for you as well.
