VR choice to use or not to use

We should have the choice to load into VR or not. since you have removed vanilla elite we no longer get the choice to log in without VR it just starts automatically if the headset is plugged in. There are still issues with my VR headset that I do not always want to use it for certain things but now I do not have that option.

I launch through Steam, have an Index, and it gave me the option to launch in VR or not. Only launched in VR, so I don't know if the other option really worked. Submitted for refund before the 2 hour window on Steam was up, so I'm not able to try again.
