VR fixes in latest Trail Blazers update

The orbit line bug was preventing me from playing in VR so I'm actually glad

Wow, two outstanding VR issues have been fixed !

Actually four, though one of those was fixed in November last year (and listed in the patch notes back then!) which makes me think it was a typo - PowerPlay help screens were fixed this time, not the PowerPlay map filters.

If anyone has voted for the fixed issues, your votes won’t automatically become available again until the report is marked Fixed (which can often take a loooooooong time) so please spend a few moments manually unvoting those reports and using them elsewhere.

It’d be nice to get the annoying view glitch up the charts, hint hint
