Hmm, not sure I quite follow... SteamVR's frame time graph does draw in the HMD - shouldn't matter what HMD one is using; It shows performance in milliseconds per frame, which is argueably more useful than FPS...
More useful yet is the Advanced Frame Timing window that can be opened from the SteamVR desktop status window menu (developer section). Ticking the appropriate box in that window will make it show up in the headset, attached to the back of the hand on one of your hand controllers (I'm guessing you get a pair of WMR controllers with the Reverb..?)
Otherwise you could look for the paid application FpsVR, which will show framerate, and is highly configurable.
