VR Hair from top strap - anyone else?

Strap is undone. Sadly my head is too large. I have the same issue with hats. One size does NOT fit all.

Unrelated to vr, but I have a similar issue with socks..
I'm OK length wise I now just need them be wider..

The strap is too tight, loosen it, really it won't fall of your face.

As an addition to this, try loosening the crown strap in addition to the side straps. The rear strap should be trying to cradle the base of your skull. Set it up such and you wont nearly need it as tight for it to be stable.
