VR related, but not an 'ED' question.

With Mr Gutterbug and the OR company apparently throwing crazy prices out, i would like to ask if anyone has seen the Controllers/sensor kit on any offers anywhere?

Be delighted to hear of any if found please?

If you are in the uk currys and pc world have screwed up a whole bunch of orders and shipped out 2 touch packs

With this in mind i would keep an eye out on fleabay and avforums classifieds

Afaik £99 is as good as it gets for touch (which is a steal. I paid £180 for mine)

I'd recommend against ever using that company - just browse trustpilot knowhow reviews and you'll quickly see why.... I have no idea how they are still in business.

I think it is because, apart from places like John Lewis, there is no other High Street Store to compete with. Everytime i go to my outdoor Mall PC World/Curries is rammed!

I'd honestly recommend staying clear. If your purchase goes well, then all is good. Should you run into a problem then you are screwed. I'm in my third week of waiting for a refund on a £400 item which arrived with massive amounts of damage. Currys support a.k.a 'Knowhow' are some of the biggest lairs on the planet - I have spent at least 16 hours and counting on the phone to them in recent weeks and face the same lies and run arounds each and every time I have the displeasure of speaking to them. Sure, my experience is just one mans you might think, but take a look on trustpilot and you'll soon see that I'm just a small grain of sand in an endless desert of dissatisfied customers.

My point was there may be a good 2nd hand source of them.

That said, i personally have never had a bad experience of currys. (I have sent stuff back too them as well).
