Do you with play WarThunder and want to help a guy out?
I'd like to get some general tips [mostly on VR targeting and tips] and maybe some people to fly with. I used to play a little WT, on the desktop and when I first got VR I also tried it, but my CPU was a little slow so it struggled. I've recently rediscovered the game [in VR] and have tuned in the graphics settings to have WT running great. At this stage I'm still playing in arcade mode as I haven't got the hang of leading the target without the reticle, just yet, but it's a lot of fun but I'd like to get better.
I find when in the thick of it, WT is like a CZ in Elite if you're working with someone - picking off targets, sticking to the outer edge, leading them away keeping an eye on your radar and positioning in the pack. Great stuff but I want to play more so if anyone wants to add me my account name is "mp4x"
As far as VR games go it really is right up there as one of the best. If anyone's curious, has VR and hasn't tried it - you're missing out. This was me the other night once I got it running again. I would have been happy just to fly around enjoying the scenery
