VR with Elite Dangerous launcher

I have been playing ED for years in VR on Steam, now using a Quest 3 with 2 accouns.
I use the Elite game launcher on the desk top bypassing Steam to switch between acvounts & start the game in VR or flat screen.
This has been working for years till the other day, when starting the quest locks on the loading screen and the game loads into flat screen mode.

I have tried to solve this problem by checking, Quest updates, settings, no luck.
Quest works normally loading other PCVR games.

I so much easier to load Elite directly then going through Steam.

Any help is muck appreciated.

Thanks

I have 2 copies for each account, 1 to launch in VR, the other pancake
All done with a switch at the end of the launcher command line: (on the desktop shortcuts) Edit: There is a space between the last quote mark and the /

You may already be doing this, if so, I don't have a suggestion! ;)

Can you configure your wanted account to play from this page, if so how do you log it in.
I normally play two different commanders with different email’s.

I had an issue with VR crashing during the intro scene after having not played in months. I deleted my Graphics folder, and everything has been fine since (you'll have to redo your graphics settings though). C:\Users\"USERNAME"\AppData\Local\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Graphics

Create a uniquely named copy of the launcher executable and config file for each CMDR, in the same directory as the launcher, then log in to each.

Picking which CMDR to play as is then as easy as choosing which copy of the launcher to open.

Yes, see below

Thanks Robert

For clarity - 4 accounts with individual launchers made by copy / paste / rename of the launcher file:

You could even rename EDLaunch.exe to the name of each account, then create 2 desktop shortcuts for each, to cover VR & pancake.

Remember you can get a new view of a folder tree by using subst.

And launcher config is keyed on the folder path in appdata frontier folders.

This is how I run my two accounts, with no need for any copy pasting any files.
