Vulture Loadout for BH

I personally use this one: https://coriolis.io/outfit/vulture/...24a5e012i2f.Iw1kAzsQ.EwBh1Mu6g===?bn=xXVileXx

I'm working on the power plant upgrade to have more than 25 mins of fun (I need to disable life support, feels like I'm flying a combat jet :D), A grade the SCB and use a SB instead of the second heatsink, I only use 2 (one offline) because the B grade SCB has 5 charges.
The idea is to never let your shields go down! Use the superior agility (use the FA off toggle, overboost and vertical thrusters) to stay out of your opponent arc of fire and rain death using it's overcharged MC and PA (working on the rapid fire mod).

Very easy on the capacitor, so you can keep it in ENG most of the time, or SYS if you can't get out of a joust against smaller ships.
If you lose shields, run.

Sovereign, that's why you see the 3A life support on my build, I experimented with it, but changed load outs and kept the 3A life support for those times when the canopy gets blown out. By killing your life support the max I could stretch it out was 40 mins of killing time, deploying and retracting weapons between each kill. It got to close a couple times, last time I made it back to base and landed, I had 2 seconds of oxy left, got ganked with 2 mins of oxy left and canopy got blown out. You have to go back and dock for it to reset to the 25 min timer, so like above if your hunting and getting close on time and get ganked you can easily loose your bird.

That's immediate "wanted", status. I only use the MC when I am extremely up close and personal, like right underneath them, any other time they are just to dangerous when you have 4-5 cops attacking a wanted and you have to slip in and out gun them for the kill.

Exactly the Problem two times in a row ^^ But if i'm carefully its working just fine.

As someone who has recently started the game - I have been doing a lot of reading and searching.
Did not quite find the build that I liked, and also most of the builds were very expensive.
This is aimed at newer players who do not have tons of credits and are basically upgrading as they go.

So here is a 10.8 million build with a 540k rebuy, that gets you at least 95% of the way there compared to builds that cost double as much:

Guns - pulse and multicannon, because this way you can have sustained firepower with 2-3 pips to weapons, freeing up the the rest of the cap to run a lot of power to the thrusters.

Thrusters - 5C for saving power and money (the 5A thrusters are more than 5M). With the 700T optimal, the build comes in at 354. You can replace the hull reinforcement with something else if you want to min-max, but the 4T over is negligible. If you spend time jumping between nearby systems and the 9 LY jump range is insufficient, you will have to upgrade the FSD at the cost of some manuevrability.

Shields - I used bi-weave, because it is more sustainable in a RES. 5C shields also free up some room, and again the shield generator is a lot cheaper than 5A. The two 20% boosters offset the lower capacity. I managed to squeeze in a SCB - if you are in trouble, fire the HS + SCB. If you don't mind some heat damage, you can substitute the HS with chaff. Generally though in a vulture you should not be getting hit a lot - the bigger ships should never ever get a shot at you and the smaller ships you can just facetank and kill before they do enough damage.

Power comes in at 15.58/15.60 with FSD, FSDI and Cargo Hatch disabled with hardpoints out.

For what it's worth, I've gone for one of each - a fixed Beam and a gimballed cannon. That makes both power and heat a bit more controllable than twin pulses, and I find the cannon doesn't drain itself of ammo quite as fast as the multicannon. Anything smaller than hull tankers like a FAS will usually pop without wasting any ammo at all.

It's not as quick at destroying small craft as my old dual-gimballed-pulse loadout, but it's got about twice the shields and four times the hull tanking, so I die a lot less.
