Hi everyone,
just asking - how crazy would it be to take a Vulture to the core? I've been flying one during the last few days - and compared to the Asp, that beast simply handles better and has a much nicer cockpit. What worries me a bit is that the jump range is even worse than a Sidey (ok, still better than an Orca), so would crossing the Sagittarius Gap pose any problems? After that, jump range probably won't matter much (at least from my impression of the map).
Yes, I'd need twice as many jumps as with my Asp, and I couldn't take the sacrificial mug and only one SRV (or two SRVs and the smaller AFMU - at the cost of 0.2 ly jump range). But if a Python can make it on DW, an Vulture should be able to get to the core.
