Wait, Whut?!

The water can't be frozen; it says "active water-based chemisty and carbon-based life"

I guess that means there is a frozen surface with a subterranean liquid-water ocean, perhaps heated by earth-style nuclear decay in the core. That aligns with the 31.5% metal reading.

I can't really tell on my phone screen but there is one more possibility for the creation of liquid water based on the system layout. The planet appears to have a moon which opens the possibility of tidal forces similar to Saturn and its moon Titan.

yup...sublimation...been along day brother...cant always remember correctly...osmosis...what was I thinkin....sigh...time for a drink
On a humorous side note "sublimation" seems to also be a key factor for the Open vs Solo pvp, pve thread :p

But still, it's made up of only 0.1% ice? That's not a lot of water, especially for a Water World. :S
