Waiting 18 days for Frontier to respond to my ticket

Thanks ticket number 74496

Missing merits and didn't level up to level 3​

I gained over 750 merits on 19/05/2021 from Arissa Lavigny-Duval fortification but when I logged in today "after the tick and being loyal for over 4 weeks" I found my level is still at 1 and all my merits have all disappeared

Waiting 18 days for Frontier to respond to my ticket, is this typical at the moment?
I still have no reply to the one I register nearly 3 weeks ago, not even an auto generated acknowledgement! I went and solve the problem myself...bad really...by contrast Epic on other issues sent me two emails within 6 hours! The uptick is I am loving Odyssey and so far a few bugs...no major issues - thank Raxxla!

Thanks CMDR, I'm enjoying Odyssey as well, just guess I'll need to hold of a bit longer.
 
This won't help you much but my last support request was made on the 2nd and resolved by f d on the 4th. So the system is working, keep making updates and that might bring some result.

I'm concerned my updates are "resetting the clock"
My replies seems to make the ticket system think the update came from them and not me!!!

i.e. when I add an update I get an email with the following:

Frontier Support <customersupport@frontier.co.uk>​

... If you are not receiving the automated emails from support then there is something wrong with your ticket / support request - create a new one.

No problem receiving the emails, just posted an update and got an immediate automated email:
"A member of the Frontier Customer Support team has sent you a message"
 
Responding to OP... I submitted a ticket 14 days ago (unrelated to Odyssey) to ask them to restore my accidentally deleted CMDR (yes it was a very dumb move on my part). I haven't tried creating a new profile to kill time while I wait for fear of permanently losing my deleted CMDR. Unfortunately not a word yet from Frontier other than my own response when I tried to update my ticket 6 days ago and I got my own response back in my email. I sure hope I didn't 'reset the clock'.

Any kind of acknowledgement from Frontier would be reassuring... even if it's a "since you're so dumb to delete your profile, you have to wait 4 weeks" :(
