I agree with all that's going on with Odyssey; but 18 days without even an acknowledgement from Frontier into the ticket like "Sorry we're really busy; we'll deal withy this ticket as soon as we can" !!!Ok , I can see why that isn't a huge priority
I still have no reply to the one I register nearly 3 weeks ago, not even an auto generated acknowledgement! I went and solve the problem myself...bad really...by contrast Epic on other issues sent me two emails within 6 hours! The uptick is I am loving Odyssey and so far a few bugs...no major issues - thank Raxxla!Hi,

I tried that a couple of weeks ago but just got a reply saying that Frontier had replied to me lolTry replying to the ticket for an update. I hope you get a reply.

Hi, yes I've checked that but logging into the Frontier ticket system shows no updates except my ownDid you check your trash / spam folder. Last time I raised a ticket I got a response but unfortunately it ended up in there...
I'm concerned my updates are "resetting the clock"This won't help you much but my last support request was made on the 2nd and resolved by f d on the 4th. So the system is working, keep making updates and that might bring some result.

No problem receiving the emails, just posted an update and got an immediate automated email:Forgot to mention ...
... If you are not receiving the automated emails from support then there is something wrong with your ticket / support request - create a new one.
