I've been searching for a frameshift wake scanner for three days so I can upgrade my frameshift drive with Felicity Farseer. Checked every online resource I can find. Visited 30+ stations which supposedly sell them according to these usually dependable online resources. NOBODY actually has them. Have they been removed from the game or what?
Seriously? I haven't been looking for that one recently, but when i wanted one for the Engineers, i simply went to the next (high-tech) station, stored my KWS and bought the wake scanner.

I couldn't even tell you which station it was, but it's really easy to find that thing. It sounds strange to me that you'd have so big problems getting a wake scanner and almost suspect that if it really is not visible for you in game anywhere, your game client might be broken? (E.g. corrupt file, icon not loadable in the buy menu or something like that. )

Mind you, this is just a wild guess without any knowledge of such an issue in this game, but the problem seems so strange to me that i can't help but also think of strange reasons for it.

Obvious question, but maybe worth asking: Are you looking under Utility Slots?
That was my thought too.
Its hard to find a station that DOESN'T sell the Wake Scanner.
I suspect a bit of pilot error here too.
