walking on our ships....

now to my matter;
will one day comes the feature to walk an our ships?this would be so great..i allways dreamed about walking on my new buyed anaconda,
looking from that observer windows on the front in space,talking with passengers,and so on..
i mean;this would be so much immersive,would bound the player more in the elite universe...
its a fact;the ship is the home of the pilot,in game,we are the pilots;ships are one of the big things in elite...it would make the ships so much to a real experience,
if we could stand ab und go though the door most cockpits of bigger ships have,to see how we live in our ships..
this feature would be a kind of housing in elite dangerous..maybe we could buy or collect some interieur for ships in spacestations somewere and could invite friends in our federal corvette,python or anaconda.

some say,this feature without any function would make no sense;but that is not true in my opinion,even if there is nothing important to doo in the possible rooms behind our cabin;
it would be just so immersive to walk arround in our new buyed python,anaconda,dropship...would make a possible roleplay so much greater...
but...we allways sit in the cockpit,ever,and can only imagine whats behind in the rooms of our ships,behind those misteryous cockpit doors...

i vote;let us walk arround in our ships!
you gaved us ships as ctools in space;make those ships now to our home!!this would make the ships so more for a real experience,what would make the feeling im a astronaut in galaxy,in the deep black with our home allways with us so much greater...

think about that if you have an occulus rift,whch i plan to buy this year.....
if you want to make a function in this housing,you could make a bonus for good sleeped out pilots,or some craftingstuff in the back or somethine..even that not;
it would make the expirience of your ships so much greater,and would be fanatastic option to meet your guildmates in elite in your home,your ship..
think about it,frontier..

that would be a dream from an elite fan from year one,i played you games when first elite came on c64,so good times,

Yes, that is something devs said "they would like to have in game, one day".
It's a long way away, though. Definitely not this year and 95% not 2019.

i hope youre right with 2019,this feature will be such great and add so much immersive feeling to all,even if there is nothing so important to do in the ships,thats not the point;
it would make the spaceship expirience so much greater...some passengers on your beluga,even if they talk some basic smaltak stuff,i dont care;
i would love it....hope for 2019,hands up for this year.thanks for the info devs got this feature still on the radar,i thougt they forgot about this,so,even if i had a year to wait,
there is hope to walk some day on my anaconda arround...

it does seem long way off. But luckily in VR you can actually get up and walk around the bridge (if your room is big enough). It's pretty cool.

realy?i dont know this.,sounds great!!it feels so strange to stick allways on that pilotseat.i bought myself before the occulus a big monitor for 600euro,i thougt would be better on longtime play sessions because occulus headset make the player tired after an hour...now i regret it.wish i had take the occulus first!!
the game is great,i bought almost every shipkit in the shop,but i miss that feature to walk arround on new ships so much...
