Walking tours questions

Hi there
I just started using the walking tours, think they are a great idea and I am hoping to use them in the future.
So I’ve noticed that guests are arriving for these tours frequently and I haven’t hired enough educators to take all of them and let my educators take a break.
Is there a way to control the flow of your groups just like how you can control how often animal talks happen?

Also when I have my intermission, my educators go to a near by staff room and all of a sudden a new tour group arrives, therefore my educator goes to the tour starting point instead of resuming the tour with the guests. The guests that were on the guided tour wait at the intermission tour point ready to continue the tour and sure enough the educator has abandoned them in favor of the newly arriving tour group.
Has anyone else reported this or where can I report this?
