Wall sign lghts

I would like to see all signs be able to light up at night, with a option to turn of night lighting if you did not want it. I cannot understand why the hat sign does not light up but there are light up signs for chief beef, cosmic cow and the toilets. It is rather off to have a building which has all 4 and one of the signs have to be lit up by a light
