I do know this is an issue but has anyone else had an inability to pay of bounties against you with interstellar or directly pay to factions that you are wanted with or is this an isolated issue with a bug for certain platforms or maybe a known bug for all platforms?

The only times I have been unable to pay off bounties against me with the Interstellar Factors was when I had become notorious. Notoriety is shown in the right hand panel and I presume the codex it deteriorates at 2 hours per point that you are active in the game.

If you are notorious the IF and almost all other services are blocked and shown in red, it shouldn’t stop you turning yourself in to security for a cheap trip to jail nor the relevant security sending you there the expensive way by blowing up your ship first and adding in a rebuy.

Edit: Just remembered bounties are tied to the ship (and the modules in it) that you were using when you acquired the bounty if you have swapped ships in some anarchy you cannot pay that bounty until you get the original ship back and use that to pay them off from.

Note if you have put modules from the bountied ship Into another ship before the bounties were dealt with that ship will also have that bounty so you will have to clear that ship as well.

If none of that applies to you then it might well be a bug to be dealt with by endorsing an existing report or if there isn’t one creating your own and asking support if they can help.

Yeah, what aRJay said is premium.
Now I don't play until I'm notorious. Last time I received a wanted status, I had to wait until the wanted timer went out before I could think about landing at an interstellar and paying the small fine.
I'm not into hunting ships with clear status. Like with Peter Pan and his lost boys, I KILL PIRATES!
Most of the few (2-3) wanted timers I had were simply targeting errors against security ships.

Yes you guys are right about lost munitions hitting friendlies and the small ones for mission via scanning random surface out post, tiny fines. Not really a big deal I suppose so Thank you all again for your help...o7 Commanders
