Wanted Dead or Alive would it work? Could it be incorporated into the Bulletin Board when docked? Maybe applied to Cmdrs or NPC's with a bounty hanging over their heads.
Would it be possible to see what other players / NPC's are "wanted" for when scanning when in SC. i.e. Wanted for Murder or Robbery. Rather vaporising ships for accidental shoot up's of Police or Silly NPC's that get in the of one's laser beams.
