Wanted for now reason??? HELP

ok So before a tirade of words, someone explain to me how I could become wanted from just trading in legal goods from station to station??. Nothing illegal, not firing any guns none are on my hauler. Didn't hit anything. Fact I was flying from station to station when all of the sudden on right side of screen i see in red it says wanted. Only time it doesn't is when i am in hyper or not in federation space. When i get to a nice federation base they blow me up.(Saw was a fine figured I would pay when I landed,but OH NO LETS BLOW HIM UP FOR 600 CRED FINE). Seems no matter what I do in this game it is determined to not let me accrue more then 20k in creds before something happens and blows up my hauler and starts me back at a new hauler in debt and 1000 creds. That's 3rd time today something has happened and I am pretty annoyed. Played about 8 hours today and pretty much it was just a waste of time. Frustrated with the game would be putting it mildly.

Edit: Title should of been Wanted for no reason sorry....

If you have a wanted symbol whenever you're in federation space, you're wanted in the Federation. It could be that you let a fine go unpaid for 24 hours. this could be anything from trespassing (entering a station without getting docking permission) loitering (blocking a docking pad you're not cleared for or the station entrance) to hauling goods that are illegal in one place but not the other (like tobacco).

I'd say that the most statistically likely is that you forgot to get clearance to dock. It's a remarkably easy thing to forget, especially when you're running trade routes.

I think a tresspass gets you executed on the spot, no fines or bounty.

Can say for certain that I got permission each and every time. Only possible thing I could think of was as I was exiting out of a station I bumped into another ship. Not sure if that is a fineable offense.

Anyway, seriously, apart from the reasons mentioned above, maybe you purchased goods that are legal in one system, but not in another? Alcohol, various drugs and stimulants, even toxic waste can fall into this category...

If you get out of the station in the 30 second grace period it's just a fine.

My guess is actually contraband - there are trade goods (tobacco or other legal drugs, weapons, etc.) that you can buy in some systems and are not allowed in others. If you get scanned passing through, you get a fine that eventually becomes a bounty.

Don't be so sure. I know for certain I do it every time, and I get informed that I've not actually GOTTEN permission about 2-3 times a day. After a while the action becomes automatic and it's easy not to notice they declined.

Yep, the game hates you and everything about you.

You either traded in illegal stuff or loitered near another docking bay then failed to pay your fine.

Stop piddling around with minor runs. Start trading in some rares and youll find the game soon starts to love you again.

Yes, you can...

Some of them are quite cheap (I think the cheapest is about 120cr-240?) and with a payoff of 16k+/T on the far end, that's a nice little earner...

Mulachi Giant Fungus is about 80cr a pop (it is a 600000Ls trip, though, but still, at the potential profit rate, probably worth it for a first stint... It'll be a huge payoff with even 10T - max supply is 17...), Phoenicis Palms, at Delta Phoenicis, are about 210cr/T, and Korro Kung Pelts are also about 220cr/T...

My first rare run back in Gamma was about 4 units of *something*. That got me enough to sell my Eagle and by a Hauler, spec it up a bit, and fill it to full on the way back. Of course this was back when rares had huge availability, but should still be possible to make a nice quick cash boost with just 3-6T, probably need to take an "efficient" route to the selling system though, to ensure you have enough fuel, though hauler fuel is cheap. get a fuel scoop ASAP...

wow I am getting schooled on auto lander and rares lol. i can tell i haven't played since beta lol. I didn't know the autolander would land before you asked for permission BUT I will say you will get killed if you dont ask for permission as you try and enter lol. As fof the rares that part I am at a loss. I am in an area I have no idea where I am. I was at aulin in beta like most, now im way out in BFE currently at chimba no idea where to find rares.

You do not get fined or penalized for bumping, plowing, or smashing to death ships on the way out.

Done this plenty of times in the T9 to the AI slowpokes that just float in the exit.

My bet is you got scanned with something illegal or got fined for littering, loitering, or whatever and forgot to pay it off until it turned into a bounty.
