How much is the fine?
usually clearing bounties at an interstella factors should as you say clear it strange it does not must be a bug
personnaly I would revisit the system in question(BD+47) so any wanted status is refreshed persay then maybe retry at a factors
or go cold sneak in and pay fine direct in a shopping trolly sidey or in odd maybe even getting an apex cab?

I can't see any amount for the fine, I just have a wanted status, actually, on swapping ships I have found that it is 600 Credits
So at least I now know which ship it is
I have been to the place, I will try going there again, you are suggesting I get a taxi there?
Search for Interstellar Factors that is at least 20 ly from any system in which that faction is present
You should be able to pay the bounty assuming you dont have any notoriety
San Tu, Chomsky Terminal would a good candidate
I am a fine and upstanding citizen f the galaxy again, didn't realise the 20 ly limit on the factors but I had already gone there so I just paid their paultry fine and damn their eyes!
