I am currently wanted in Wintii and don't seem able to pay the fine for the only station in the system does not list the fee in the contacts menu - I still have the Wanted warning though and the system defense forces open fire at me on sight for the meager few hundred credits worth of fine. Sigh. The flippers in the system are supposed to be my allies!

I think this may be a bug, there's a couple of similar threads about becoming Wanted and being unable to pay it off.
