[Wanted] - New Player or Old Player willing to tank their Reps

Greetings Commanders,

First of, attempting to requisition any player that may be either HATED with all three Major Factions, or at least Hated with two of the Major Factions. This is a request for information to see if there is actually any player out there that fits these requirements that may or may not invalidate a future experiment.

Second, if there are no commanders that fits the First request, looking for either a new commander or old commander willing to work their way towards a goal. Part of that goal being to tank their reputations to Hated by the Major Factions.

This request stems from a need to verify Tip-Off and Randomly assigned missions. The theory being that in order to be a "special" person of interest you either have to be "loyal" to one Major Faction only, and or no chance to be an agent of any faction (a champion of the independent faction sort to say).

I am wanted in entirety of Federation and Alliance space, but still have 75% rep on each of them, as no matter what I try to do, even if that rep gets tanked, it still goes back to 75%, by its own. Lowest I could was about 56% for feds, and when left it for few days, it went up back to 75%.

I am not sure if its even possible to have major fraction rep being enough low, to be consider as hostile - and cant even image amount of work "required" to keep said rep on low levels, before it gets back to default 75%.

I dont think that Major faction rep has anything with those missions.

Tip-off's are usually being given from "allied" fractions, while random missions are... exacly random as they are, and it can be given by any fraction that isnt hostile to cmdr, at any time.
