I want to take some pretty pictures of some of my ships.
To that end, I'm looking for a surface outpost (the fancier, the better) that has a shipyard (so I can transfer ships there) and is well-lit by a bright, neutral, star.
My ships are mosty (IIRC) strewn around Federation space near Sol so the ideal location would be somewhere nearby so it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg to transfer my ships.
Anybody got any suggestions?
