Wanting to buy but have a question.

Hi I'm new here and don't know is this has been asked before but I am wanting to buy into the early bird alpha acces since I have been following this game since its anouncement and really want to play it. I only have one thing really stopping me from buying into it and that is wether or not Planet Coaster will be comming to steam or not when it eventually releases. I really like having all my games in one place where I can see them all other wise I tend to forget about them. Also if the game is comming to steam in Q4 will the people that have the game allready have to repay to have it on steam or will they recive a generated steam key or somthing like that, if that is the case then I have no problem paying for the game now since I am really excited about playing it. I also want to help out anyway I can by doing all the alpha stuff and sending out bug reports and things like that.

They have stated several times that Steam is a possible option they're looking at. They haven't guaranteed that it will come to Steam, but if it does, they have stated that anybody who has purchased / preordered the game will receive a steam key for it.

So I would put your worries to rest. And besides, if it doesn't come to steam, you could always just add it to your local library as an external game. Even though it's not actually on Steam, it'd still be in your library and you could launch it from the Steam client.

Hey, welcome!
During the alpha and beta phase the game will just stay in frontier store!
After the rreleased of the final version, the Frontier did already said on the stream from yeasterday that who has the game from the frontier store will recive a key on steam, i belive the key works like on elite dangerous!
