Something Weird going on at Quince. For the past two days they've been giving out massacre missions but when you go to the various combat zones, faction setup says "Ceasefire" and everyone is flying around handing out olive branches and roses! A bug Perhaps, I checked the system state and it did not say civil war. Maybe others have seen this behavior before.
