War in Colonia?

Dear Commander,

in my function as a press member of PROXIMA NEWS i traveled to colonia to have a look for user generated content (because FD has turned off a lot of dynamic ingame-content e.g. GALNET and CG) and interesting points to travel for.

In Colonia I flew to Jacques Station and met some pilots from the SPEAR alliance. SPEAR operates since 28.07.3306 in Colonia to fire the BGS in strategically important systems. These are said to have been steered in a certain direction by the enemy side beforehand. In addition, active gankers in Colonia are to be put into the barriers here.

Rumors speak of an Anaconda with a bounty of 4 billion credits!
The activities in the past are said to be on the account of the NATO alliance. So, very interesting.

There have been further rumours that the former dictator* of the system carcosa escaped into his carrier after heavy fighting and traveled back into the bubble. In this context I opened my communication channels and received after a while a link to an video from sources that do not want to be named.

I don't need to write more on this topic, the answers below tell enough about the situation.

We have all the footage from that day and other days there the so called protectors are shooting clean ships and are actually wanted plus logs of the innocent slaughtered by them. Ask them how much bounties they collected that were not on their own ships. They are low level gankers who need numbers to successfully gank somebody.
Btw the video you put up is a badly doctored and they know it. Also the ganker angle is just a facade to attack a group who was and is critical to Spears actual crime fighting rules and techniques used. Let's just say that day was the most toxic encounter I had in all my time playing the game and I was at many CGs with small ships and countless hostiles around me. Way to proof everybody right.

I might upload the raw footage of the day that video was shot at some point in time, it's 2+ hours of 14 people trying to shot 4 people uncountable times.
For example check the system time in the first and 2nd fight, notice something? Why didn't they show the bounties from their tool on the 2nd fight and only on the fight against Phisto? Questions you as a reporter should ask yourself, not just trotting out the lies told to you.
You were in Union today. How many gankers did you encounter? Or in Colonia, how many gankers did you see? Who pulled you today, if somebody did? What you are doing is not reporting at all.

However, as already written, I need videos and screenshots to prove this.

Did you read the thread I posted for you? Lots of good information there for an enterprising reporter like yourself.

The video you linked in the OP was posted here earlier this week. It was by an account called "Colonia News Network." It was a brand new one. Thread got removed shortly after being posted. There's been quite a bit of squadron beef between the Reapers and SPEAR, and it appears the mods have little patience for it right now. Can't say I blame them.

In any case, I'm surprised the people that sent you that video didn't bother to tell you the context of posting it here in the RP thread. Might wanna see if they ain't using you, friend.

You posted in the role-play channel which was suggested in the first threat.
You use a very similar headline as the original threat.
Your forefather's and mother's are from Teutonic decent, just like the majority of the "lawful" griefers.
You say you are a reporter but take what was told you by one side as the gospel.

I hope you get the picture why people call your so called reporting out.
Fun story. One of our guys saw your message in system chat and thought it's SPEAR spam, looks like he was right. But nice try.

I have tried to get a little more information here to get a view of all parties involved. But I didn't see anything more than biased hostility and insults. Okay, with a few exceptions. And please, what does my ethnic background have to do with it? Shouldn't people who are enthusiastic about space travel be over it by now? Sad to stumble upon such things here too.
