The Sirius Permit is really really really easy to get...
Took me like, two hours of good old fashioned bounty hunting to get it, in HIP something or other.
Now the Founders World permit is forced grind. Luckily, I'm 50% deadly so I'm close to gaining access, but that's taken nearly two years.

Thank you for your post Cmdr. I am Wing Commander of Red Squadron in Luyten's Star. We are the controlling faction. Sirius Free are now at war with Luyten's Star Co. We are helping Luyten's Star Co because we would like Sirius to Leave Luyten's Star. We are afraid any influence from Sirius Free or Sirius Corp may not be good for Red Squadron in the future. We are asking any cmdrs who wish to join the fight to please help Red Squadron by fighting Sirius Free. Red Squadron Wing ( https://inara.cz/wing/2389/ ) is also recruiting.

I don't care that much. But go on your little crusade, jihad, or whatever you want to call it. Still won't change the permit system. More people have requested an Open PvE mode and a revamped C&P system from FD before and that didn't happen. Why would this be different?
In case you missed the memo, the Sirius Corporation is a business. Businesses exist to make money.
What do I have to lose? Rebuys, credits, time, and my own sanity. I'd prefer to keep all of them.

Good luck, OP! But I give you little chance for removing the permit. The Alliance took a Federation permitted system and well, it still requires Fed rank to get in. 
Kind of a Necro'd thread but Ill say that its ironic those who oppose Sirius but think Palin is innocent...if it wasnt for Salome many of yall would think no different of Sirius. Instead of being a pawn for a king you choose to be a pawn for a queen who also had her own agenda.
