war time: which positive actions?

for positive/negative effect during each state, and usually it worked fine. Despite this, with 3.1 bounty system seems to be rather changed, giving positive influence (during war or non-war) only if the bounty is cashed in the same system of target kill. Do anyone share the same thoughts?

Also, by your experiences, do exploration data really count in election state?

Lockdown: at least in the past, killing Security (Murder) did have a negative effect during it's live State. There has been no further incident in our area after the 2.4 update, so I am unable to tell if it was corrected by now. Other people have different experiences though.

Depositing Exploration data is a non-combat action and therefore should work.
 
thank you but I was asking about WAR positive actions in other systems than the one with the ongoing conflict

Bounty hunting and Combat bonds only in war

so didnt you noticed about the origin of bounty hunting? positive influence (during war or non-war) only if the bounty is cashed in the same system of target kill?
 
It's my understanding that Bounty Vouchers "count" in the system where you cash them in, regardless of where the vouchers were earned. Combat Bonds can be handed in in any of the systems where they have a presence but only "count" for influence in the system where the war is actually occurring.
 
I find the best way to positively influence *a* faction in war is to negatively affect other factions not at war in the same system. This is most effective and useful in systems where the war is not present but the faction you want to support is.

So... look around your faction/other factions which are at war (as the positive effects won't work) and find missions like:
- Skimmer missions
- Covert ops/wetwork missions
- Assasinate pirate lords (only targets pirate factions, usually)
- A couple others I forget.

The positive effects won't apply, but the negative effects for factions not at war will, and will redistribute their influence to your faction (as well as others, but increasing yours is the important bit)

I used to, before of 3.1

but according to your experiences apparently I figured this new earned/cashed thing all by myself :D maybe other factors changed our influence.

This is my understanding as well. I need to test it again, thankfully I got a war going active in a few days to use.
