So i was mining quietly, but somehow that plat hotspot was not so good, those big roids spinned too fast, and the one i've found with whole 4 subsurface deposits was seemingly bugged, as i could never hit any of them with sub missile. And i thought, what if i engage into a war instead. I've browsed proxy wars. Found an intresting one where apparently a player supported faction was losing influence in a system, guess they slacked, and lost it to the point when one of Imp factions is at war with them. Looks good, i might help em a little.
According to Inara, if this faction is losing, they're losing an Ody settlement, if they win - they get an outpost control. Question is actually here. First of all, war is not exlusively in space, ground matters do have an impact? How exactly (if somehow) those surface CZ wins count (if they count) and do they have any influence at that war? Another question, do i need to fight exlusively in this one settlement they got to lose if they lose, or i can fight in the others that are nearby (other planets, same system)?
