*WARNING* Anarchy space Ngaliba BROKEN

Anarchy space Ngaliba near starting system LHS 3447.
Have recently found there are now system authority vessels even though is anarchy space.
Still has anarchy rule of engagement where all ships are clean and must kws for any bounties.
However any bounties i collect show up in the top right comms section on a ships destruction but are never added to the bounties available to collect either in the left hand systems panel or at a station.
I thought there may be some kind of delay but bounties i collected yesterday are still not showing.
Have raised a ticket with FD.

P.S. There are now new sites in Ngaliba 'Checkpoint' looks like for some kind racing checkpoint but havent found any point to them or related missions.

Gonna try some other anarchy space see if same problem.

Has anyone else encountered this in Ngaliba or is it just me? other anarchy space?

Are you using a cargo scanner at the same time as the KWS? I heard there is a bug with using them both at the same time where your bounty's don't show up in your transactions.

It happens to other anarchy systems as well. It must be a bug and i think-hope they are aware of this

I don't think the system is bugged.
"System authority" vessels are all property of Blue Camorra IIRC, so they are like private police or mercenaries working for Blue Camorra (which, as for yesterday, is still owning both outposts, even with only 0,2% influence).
BC state is Lockdown, not civil war, so checkpoints might be generated by this state.

As far as I can tell, the "checkpoints" are police checkpoints spawned by the lockdown state of the blue camora. When you check the sys sec ships in there, they are blue camora. Nothing stops pirates from hiring security guards I guess. I must have killed too many of the blue camora and now they are scared and looking for me, don't tell them where I am!

When I was there during Xmas selling slaves the Blue Camorra was expanding. One of the two outpost had even started expanding. So probably now they have expanded even more and have a proper fleet

Have confirmed this was due to the kws/cs bug i was using both in the same firegroup on my asp. Using just the KWS now and bounties coming through fine.
