She outclasses the Empire Capital ship, The Fed Capital ship is tougher, more powerful and more deadlier than the Empires Capital. I can always tackle the empire one, But the fed one? Nah, he too good. She is a beauty of a ship. Dat music as well. When it finally finishes exiting Supercruise/Hypercruise.

Head to Wolf 1301 there is a CZ High Inten, A capital class enters there.
I like the Federation and all, but dang that is intimidating!

one of these days, I'll have to hunt down one of these conflict zones. That ship just looks all kinds of glorious.
or if you've got the permit head to sol just be weary iside of 3 km....

Not really rare, just not in your regular conflict zones.
You need to find a conflict zone, but that is also a "warzone". A minor faction that is taken over a Starport or a Platform form another Faction in another system. You can find them on the galnet, or on the community website.
In a conflict zone what is in "Civilwar" capital ships dont spawn, well, atleast, i never saw them there.
Best is when you are in a CZ without a capital ship. Then the nice lady in her most amazingly astonished voice says the title of your thread. As a new Commander in a CZ this happened to me. Also in my FAS. I then got to see it come out of hyperspace... Jaw dropping experience. I recorded it and its in my feed somewhere. But yes. Watching these things come in is just fantastic. I hope some day we can fight them to take systems. Or alongside them. Basically I want more of them and big huge battles.
