Jumping form Odyssey to Horizons and then back to Odyssey will delete your missions. I had to do this seeing if it would fix an issue and it did not, subsequently only making it worse. Yet another ticket summited.

This is getting ridiculous. I had less problems with Cyberpunk2077.

I had three completed missions and the game crashed to main screen when i tried to turn in the first… logged back in, all three were gone.

Then went on another mission. Game glitched when i tried to disembark. Logged back in, mission gone.

I was thinking about that as I was posting a second ago, and I agree. Alpha is looking like a waste of time more and more. I was starting my credit grind for an FC and now I don't even want to look at eh damn game icon. I'm starting to question my 1151.7 hours in the chair.

I would add 50% chance of NOT getting mission reward after coming back to source system.
I choose reward, nothing happens, click again, get "transaction error".
After relog this COMPLETED mission is gone but credits/materials I have chosen as reward is not added to my assets.

I made a bunch of salvage missions in bulk, EVERY SINGLE of them left me unrewarded.

... and the Restore Power missions that are successful until you try and claim a reward type on hand in - and then decide that you actually failed somehow. They are annoying. Lots more for fdev to fix.

Not that the alpha failing all missions at once was any better

That is exactly what happened to me. Only with massacre missions. I don't rage quick, b/c adult.... but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't tempted to throw my controller across the room. I haven't been that mad at a game since the old days in WoW.

Yeah, so I spent a good three hours clearing wrecks and running some missions... not for profit or efficiency but just because I wanted to fang around some of the missions in live, as Odyssey missions are way more effort for way less outcomes... to finish it up and have them just disappear at the end and overall just cause me to get fined/lose rep was pretty bloody disappointing.

I have accepted the fact that I have paid to be game tester for FD when I pre ordered OD to get alpha access
(although it felt a bit odd to do work for someone and pay for this instead of being paid),
because knew what I signed up for.

But now... I feel like I am still in alpha,
doing work without being rewarded,
although I was promised that testing period is over.

And this time it is genuinely annoying,
because it feels like I am being deceived.

I get what you mean. I'm not screaming refund or anything. I mean I want to play the damn thing. But, this level of brokenness is just utterly disapointing. This is the kind of stuff that makes me want to cheat.

Had this happen as well. I was doing wing massacre missions when I got kicked out with "Blue Cobra" error. Logged back in to find all of my missions gone.

I decided to muck about at a station for a bit and walked up to a terminal to check it out. My missions showed up on the terminal! So I hopped back in my ship to carry on and sure enough my missions were back in my Transactions tab. After killing more pirates I made my way to the station to turn in my missions. I was only able to turn in the missions that I completed after the crash. The ones that were completed before the crash are still showing up in my Transactions tab but they are "greyed out" kind of. I can't interact with them in any way.

Oh well. Hopefully they get these issues resolved soon so I can get back to grinding combat rank.

At least you still have them! Lol. For some of us they're just flat out gone. I don't know what they did with the mission server, but it's broken. I know it's only the first day, however this is just nuts.

Personally I think I'm just done. The game requires too much time to get anything done and I'm not spending that time for it to just disappear. The risk vs reward is very skewed.
And this is just part of it. I have some unpopular thoughts on the content too.

Those "fat" satellites in salvage missions can be still abused by scanning dataport and relogging.
They spawn 3-4 data to chose from every time, and chance to get 1-2 MI after every relog is reasonably high.
