Tbh this totally put me off the idea of ever buying a pre-owned HMD

Lol funnily enough I did not mention in my add.
Honestly tho I guarantee on selling it it was as germ free as new. But yeah you are right something that sits on a sweaty forehead for hrs at a time... Getting an old one you have nonidea what state it will be in

That is fine for an event or something but I cant imagine it does much for comfort. A couple of rift socks may be better for personal use

I've had these since I got my DK2 https://vrcover.com/product/vr-cover/
They have been washed many times and the foam on the DK2 is still like new.
I will certainly buy the same for the Vive and Rift when I eventually get the devices.
