I have made a few minor adjustments to the default button bindings for my Thrustmaster Warthog throttle and stick, and wanted to see whether anyone else liked them, or can suggest improvements. Here's a diagram:

Here's what I've changed vs the default Thrustmaster Warthog layout:
So, what's wrong with this setup? Here are my issues:
1. I bound Ship Lights to the L key on my keyboard, because I couldn't see a spare momentary-press button that felt intuitive for toggling Ship Lights, and as discussed in other threads at the moment you can't have Ship Lights with Button Mode = Hold. A toggle button for ship lights would make lots of sense, but I can't do it direct in ED at the moment. (You absolutely can using the TARGET software which comes with the Warthog, but that's a whole different story...) It also bugs me that there's not a more obvious UI indicator for ship lights - you have to look for it in the systems panel.
2. I have a few annoyances with this layout, and I'm wondering if anyone can suggest improvements. I don't have any buttons mapped for Enable FSD to Supercruise (useful for when you have another system selected as a destination but it's obscured behind eg a planet) , Select Highest Threat, Microphone Mute, Use Shield Cell, Use Chaff Launcher, or Open Galaxy Map. Of those, Open Galaxy Map and Enable FSD to Supercruise would be most useful for now, as I don't dogfight that much, but I can imagine caring about the others much more later on in the game when I've been playing more and teaming up with friends more.
3. I have stuck with the default keyboard buttons for 1 = Target Panel, 4 = System Panel, 3 = Sensors Panel, 2 = Comms Panel, but I'd like to have those on my stick or throttle somewhere. I use a TrackIR 5 which is fantastic for opening at least the Target and Systems Panels when you just look at them (I LOVE that), but it would be helpful to have keys on the throttle or flight stick for those things too. I would really like to find a nice way to handle yaw with a Warthog HOTAS. I've got some pedals, which do the job, but I'm not finding them all that comfortable and would like to see a workable yaw option for pilots who don't have a twisty stick and don't have pedals.
4. On the other hand, there are quite a lot of toggle switches that I haven't mapped any functions to at the moment. They feel a bit wasted. What have you mapped yours to?
So, what did you do? Is there any of this you prefer to the defaults? What don't you like?
Many thanks to subn3t, whose very neat Warthog Diagram Builder I used to create this picture in about 4 minutes flat. (I stitched the screen grabs together in Paint.NET). You can find subn3t's diagram builder here: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=57510
If you want to import these bindings into that diagram builder as a starting point (Chrome only), here are the files:

Here's what I've changed vs the default Thrustmaster Warthog layout:
- Yaw Axis - mapped to pedals as JOY Z-AXIS (okay, not part of the Warthog controls, but we really do need something for yaw controls)
- Thrust Forward - was not mapped, mapped to JOY 4 on the throttle, thumb hat forward - I like this for docking
- Thrust Backward - was not mapped, mapped to JOY 6 on the throttle, thumb hat backward - I like this for docking
- Disable Flight Assist - can't remember what this is mapped to by default, changed to JOY 4 pinkie lever on the flightstick, and changed Button Mode from HOLD to TOGGLE
- Enable Frame Shift Drive - was mapped to key J, kept that and added addtional mapping to JOY 3 on the throttle, thumb hat up
- Enable FSD to Hyperspace Jump - was blank, mapped to JOY 5 on the throttle, thumb hat downwas mapped to JOY 15 on the throttle (left throttle button)
- Secondary Fire - was mapped to JOY 19 on the flightstick (CMS Press) which I found quite unintuitive, changed to JOY 2 on the flightstick, Weapons Release Button
- Cycle Next Fire Group - was mapped to JOY 8 on the flightstick, changed to JOY 9 TMS hat down
- Cycle Previous Fire Group - was mapped to JOY 10 on the flightstick, changed to JOY 7 TMS hat up
- Deploy Heat Sink - was mapped to JOY 15 on the throttle (left throttle button), but since I wanted that for Engine Boost, I mapped this to JOY 26 on the throttle, Autopilot Engage Disengage Button
- Ship Lights - was mapped to JOY 26 on the throttle, Autopilot Engage Disengage Button, now mapped to key L on keyboard (see note below)
- Increase Sensor Range - Was JOY 7 on the throttle, changed to JOY 9 on the throttle, Boat Switch Forward
- Decrease Sensor Range - was JOY 9 on the throttle, chnaged to JOY 10 on the throttle, Boat Switch Backward
- Cargo Scoop - was JOY 8 on the throttle, changed to JOY 23 on the throttle, Flaps Down, and changed Button Mode from TOGGLE to HOLD
- Jettison All Cargo - wasn't mapped by default, changed to JOY 22 on the throttle, Flaps Up
- Landing Gear - wasn't mapped by default (I think - it seems odd to me that it wasn't), mapped to JOY 1 on the throttle, Mouse Ball Push
- UI Panel Select - was mapped to JOY 1 on the flightstick (trigger), but I kept deploying hardpoints inadvertantly in flight, so changed to JOY 19 on the flightstick, CMS Press
- Next Panel Tab - was JOY 4 on the flightstick (I think), changed to JOY 8 on the flightstick, TMS Right
- Previous Panel Tab - was JOY 6 on the flightstick (I think), changed to JOY 10 on the flightstick, TMS Left
