Warthog throttle settings....

Hi all. I've been away from Elite, and PC gaming, for many months. Now I've returned, things are not the same. Whether it's through game, or windows updates I'm not sure. Anyhow I have a throttle problem......

All I want is for the Warthog throttle to control the ship's throttle 0% to 100% from the indent forwards. I want to engage the ship's reverse throttle 0% to -100% when I lift the Warthog throttle over the indent, and backwards. I've been ing around all morning with the very confusing setup menu in ED, and cannot get the desired result. I even selected the default Warthog profile, that is built into ED, but that did not help either.

If there is anyone using the Warthog in the way that I've described above, could they please give me a clue as to the settings used. A screenshot would be amazing, but I'd settle for runes in the sand at this point.

Thanks Glen. Not sure how you mean with the speed brake, but I have managed to figure it out now, through more trial and error. Many thanks :)

Speedbrake is the top grey switch. See the warthog PDF for what switch is called what eg china hat, boat switch, coolie hat, pinky switch etc.

Ah, I see now. Didn’t realise you was referring to part of the Warthog hardware. Thought it was a binding in the Ed menus somewhere.

However, that wouldn’t have been any good for me as I specifically wanted it to work off the Warthog throttle. All good now though.
