Is there a way to find a system that has warzones by looking at the map?

Funny ive noticed it before even while looking but after you said i found it. Anyway im looking for a system with an empire faction at war if anyone knows of one. Thanks.
So ive just found a system that had "WAR" as its state. I went to the system but no warzones. Im really confused about this is there a thread anywhere that can explain the different system states and what they do?
