Warzones?

Only one i know of is in Eranin, and i think there might be another warzone in another system close to it as well. That region has alot of conflict and im currently building funds to get back to it.

I havent found any within 40ly of my starter area. Which is LHS 3447 iirc.

There was a conflict zone in LTT 15449 beside Malerba Station the other day. Some local feud kicked off. Are War zones different? I don't know.

Well, I've spent hours going around Eranin 2, 4 and 6 for nothing. Also no warzone type missions are showing for me (yet they did in Beta).

Do you have to have a warzone mission to get in them? Also, I play in a private group, are they locked to open mode?

If you go to any of the places being talked about in Galnet you'll find them. I know for sure they are in Kappa Fornacis and Sorbago

I know there is one in Sorbago but I don't know if it's still there.

If you read the GalNet news of 19 december 3300, there may be one on Kappa Fornacis with the events of the onionhead

There are two Conflict Zones in Kappa Fornacis. One High, and one Low Intensity. You can see Cap ships too, and watch them fight ships. It's pretty impressive.

The low intensity zone is really fun in my Sidewinder. I haven't touched high intensity yet... that will require a bigger ship.

Show up and start wasting some Feds!! They're bombing fields, for Heaven's sake!!

That low conflict zone in Sorbago is a dangerous place... at least for a cobra without shield cells, chaff or countermeasures. A whole lot of fire, mostly beam and missiles (surprising amount of missiles) was launched at me immediately when I chose sides. Needless to say, I skidaddled pretty quick... 'cause I'm a big whimp :D Gonna have to upgrade before I head back there.
