Was the 10% loss during sell back dropped?

Is that true? How did I miss that? Is it just me (maybe) or does it feel like many things happen behind a screen of obfuscation?
So no 10% sell back on parts now?

I'm pretty sure I read they still don't take 10% off the modules if you sell separately but still take 10% off when you sell the ship as a whole . ... I read that back and hope you get what I mean .. If prefer it if you were right though lol

Was in 1.3 Beta, never made it into the 1.3 Live.

They didn't really "drop it" as such...they just delayed it until they have a better implementation. I expect to see this be re-introduced in some slightly altered form in 1.4. Similar to what they did with the heat changes in 1.1/1.2.

They said they really want it, but just not the way that was going to be implemented in 1.3
