Watch a PvP with a conda

3 ships shoot at the conda and his shields not move for 5 mins:

I have also seen this guy have 5 ships shoot at him and him remain at 100%. I put the ticket in about 2 months ago, yet he still flying around...

I might correct you, its not PvP, its PvC ( players vs cheater ). However i did not even see him shooting at you but you took damage.

Ah well another reason why i wont play in open.

Yeah cheaters are super annoying, but don't let them deter you from playing your game. PC Gamer put out a great article all about it: http://www.pcgamer.com/hacks-an-inv...llion-dollar-business-of-video-game-cheating/

As it says though, cheaters are going to cheat but they make up such a small amount of the player base that it's unlikely you'll ever encounter them.

Yeah its quite incredible this guy hasn't been banned yet, the amount of evidence on him is overwhelming and he's been doing this quite a while now..

Thank You! I read the entire PCGamer article. I play Solo to avoid cheaters. The article presents a different perspective on the subject than I would have considered. Other than people with valid physical handicaps, I just find cheating as something outside of what should be acceptable. I do like the idea of a match making system where things are more fairly balanced. But I know something like this is not easy to implement. I know the good folks at FD are doing their best to keep things fair.

Looks like FD banned his shields from going offline. As well as giving him the ability to perform ghost damage.

This *plonker* camped outside Gabriel dock in Harma for, what, an hour or so a couple of weeks back?
And wow, was he mouthy, abusive and quite frankly disturbed somewhat. I had some kind of dialogue with him whilst docked and it wasn't pretty...

Safe from hacking? Hahahahahaha no, this is one of the easiest games out there to hack and FD does VERY little about it. Has killed my drive to play the game.
