Anyone else having fun trying to login to UPLAY to download Watchdogs? After a 30 minute 2MB update I can't even login to my account the servers are so jammed with people trying to download. This is what happens when you do not allow preloads.

OH PB Where are you? Normally I wouldn't even install UPLAY but I ended up with a code from Nvidia for Watchdogs. Otherwise I would not of even bothered with it. Maybe on STEAM but definantly not UPLAY.

After logging in to UPLAY last night to make sure everything was setup and ready for release I was telling a buddy on PS4 just how bad UPLAY is. It's like borderline chinease malware as far as I'm concerned. Their app and browser plugin is just garbage.

How anyone would EVER favor that over STEAM is beyond me. Funny how all my older UPLAY games still contain TAGES. Which is not installed on this machine and never will be lol. Just say no to Lockheed and Martin heh.

Oh ED where are you I just want to burry my head until PB releases.

EDIT: UPLAY app is now crashing on login woot. Massive UPLAY outage effecting many people on STEAM forums. UPLAY outage now effecting performance in offline modes. LOL Love that DRM...

Almost 24 hours later and I still can't download Watchdogs. Funny how PS4 users were able to preload the software though isn't it?

Wow, you are having one heck of an unpleasant experience with that. Good luck trying to get it to work. I bought a physical copy of Watch_Dogs so I haven't had those kinds of problems, just inconsistent multiplayer connectivity and long wait times for online hacking sessions.

Took me 48 hours to get into the game. Liking it so far - except driving any sports car is a bit too twitchy with the keyboard. Also, why can I demolish half a city in a car, but not have any police response, but if I pull a gun on the street immediately the entire world dials 911?

Yeh it's working now and it's decent. It's quite the graphical monster. I can't run it on Ultra but I can run it higher than the PS4 at 60FPS butter smooth with vsync on. Still looks fantastic. Nvidia 337.88 is a must though and made a huge difference on my GTX 780. I haven't done a lot of playing on the new driver with PB released but it definantly helps. Gamepad is highly recommended for this also. Love the sounds of the vehicles. The minigames are so lame though. All I want to do is story and drive around heh. Maybe I should try multiplayer.

Guys, I just got a new graphics card and with it came a key for a full digital copy of Watch Dogs (PC Version). It's not really my kind of game so I haven't redeemed it, and I'm happy to trade it for something on Steam I prefer.

So if you want it right now and half the price of whatever it's selling for on steam, just shoot me a PM.
