Water Issue - Steam Download (Harties Hope)

Just wondering if anyone could download https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2417242061 from the Steam Workshop to see if they can figure out why the park is loading with no water?

When I try and add water to where it needs to be (you can see the height here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2417242061) it won't let me go as high as it should be? Spent all afternoon trying to figure it out, tried lowering the terrain etc, making it higher round the edges but nothing it letting me go one step higher for water than it is letting me?

Try to disable "Terrain collision" in the Settings. That might help. But BEFORE you open the park. So, delete it again, to be sure, and then download and open it again, after you made the changes in the Settings.
